Reuben Smith brings nearly three decades of frontline and executive-level security experience to his role as VP of Client Services. Since joining Paragon in 2008, Reuben has been central to scaling the company\u2019s residential division and reinforcing its reputation for quality, consistency, and client satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Reuben\u2019s ability to build and lead successful teams has made him a go-to leader for long-term account management and strategic growth. He developed and implemented Paragon\u2019s customer satisfaction program, placing strong emphasis on trust, responsiveness, and relationship management.<\/p>\n
Reuben holds a Mini-MBA from the Schulich School of Business<\/b> and is a proud holder of Advanced CPTED Certification,<\/b> allowing him to integrate crime prevention principles into Paragon\u2019s operational strategies and site designs.<\/p>\n
