Larry Scolaro is a 30-year veteran of the security industry with a reputation for building exceptional teams and delivering client satisfaction across both residential and commercial portfolios. Since joining Paragon in 2012, Larry has played a key role in program development, training, and the implementation of client-focused service models.<\/p>\n
With a background in planning, leadership, and personnel evaluation, Larry brings consistency, structure, and responsiveness to every partnership. His work is grounded in discipline, clear priorities, and a deep understanding of the evolving needs of property managers and building operators.<\/p>\n
Larry studied Law and Society at York University and has completed business and leadership courses at McMaster and Schulich School of Business. He holds Advanced CPTED Certification<\/strong>, which enables him to integrate crime prevention and risk mitigation strategies into every client engagement.
